Great Hearts Academies is getting ready to buy nearly 10 acres in Scottsdale to build a $23M K-5 campus and sports complex in Scottsdale next to its Scottsdale Preparatory Academy.
The new Archway campus will serve students in grades K-5 and will add another 500 seats for students when it reaches full capacity. It will include upgraded classrooms, labs, library, art studios, music and drama rooms and a full-size gymnasium.

AZBEX Note: According to Erik Twist of Great Hearts Academies Phase 1 of the K-5 school will be housed within the already built 45,000 SF office/warehouse facility on the property; the work will be limited to tenant improvements. The $23M valuation includes the athletics facilities/sports complex.
